The Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the University of Basra organized a workshop on public speaking skills, problem-solving techniques, and decision-making.

The workshop, presented by Ms. Fatima Jabbar Khudair and international trainer Alaa Murtada, covered:

Defining the art of public speaking and how to communicate with others

Defining a problem

The concept of problem-solving

The concept of the decision-making process

The importance of problem-solving and decision-making skills

Identifying the steps for problem-solving and decision-making.

The workshop aimed to enhance students' public speaking skills and their problem-solving and decision-making techniques.
