The Career and development centre Division at Basra University held a free training workshop “Sales and Customer Service” that lasted for two days 26-27 / 6/2019 at the Hall of the College of Administration and Economics - Bab Al-Zubair site. The workshop in which Dr. Hadi Abdel-Wahab Abdul-Imam lectured dealt with many topics one of the importants :
- Sales overview, goals, sales training, promotional goals, how to create a sales plan
Methods of searching for and following up with clients, databases and their relationship with customers
The art of negotiations, the reasons for the failure of negotiations, tools for presentation, communication techniques .......
The workshop witnessed remarkable interaction from the participants, who attended about 25
 A participant of students and graduates and concluded with the distribution of participation certificates provided by the Rehabilitation and Employment Division at the university. The participants also made many proposals for training workshops that are in the interest of the graduate and the student.
