The University of Basra organises a training workshop in cooperation with Delta Engineering – Inspection & Logistics Services

The Department of Science and Technology Gardens / Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Division at the University of Basra, in cooperation with Delta Engineering – Inspection & Logistics Services, organised a training workshop entitled Basic HSE Workshop,

It aims to promote awareness of the principles of health, safety and environment (HSE), and to provide participants with the basic knowledge necessary to work safely in various industrial sectors.

The workshop included several topics, including: Introduction to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), risk identification, risk assessment, emergency procedures, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), in addition to safe work practises.

This workshop is part of the efforts of the University of Basra in supporting students and graduates, developing their professional skills, and preparing them in accordance with the requirements of the labour market.
