Within the cooperation mechanism that has been signed between the University of Basrah (UOB) and Basrah Gas Company (BGC), and under the patronage of the University of Basrah president, prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, our center announced two combined workshops (CV writing, job interview skills)

The Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up Center announces, and within the cooperation mechanism between the University of Basrah UoB and the Engineering Restoration Company for General Contracting Ltd. TECO, our center provided summer training opportunities for our dear graduates for a period of one month and in three batches, the first starting on the first of July, the second batch on the first of August, and the third batch on the first of September

Summer Internship in a Restoration Company
The University of Basrah and the Engineering Restoration Company for General Contracting Ltd. signed a memorandum of joint cooperation in the fields of training and exchange of experiences. The agreement was signed by University President Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi with the representative of the company, Engineer Ahmed Sobhi.
The two sides agreed on the joint contribution between the two parties to train students in various engineering and administrative specializations using the training centers and workshops at the university in accordance with the Ministry’s recent law.
Summer Internship at Coca-Cola
The Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Center - University of Basrah announced a three-month training program provided by Coca-Cola Company and in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This program aims to provide university/institute students with an opportunity to work on purposeful practical projects and to identify potential candidates for future jobs during the program
Free computer course with Durrat Al Khaleej Company
A free computer course (in attendance) for a week, taking into account the conditions of social distancing. The Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Center - University of Basrah announced a free computer course (in attendance) for a week for our dear students, managed by the trainer and e-marketer (Alaa Murtada), and sponsored by the Durrat Al Khaleej Company for the production and bottling of healthy water in Basrah.
On 06/23/2021, at ten o'clock in the morning, at the Computers Hall in the College of Administration and Economics.
* Note that the trainee who obtained the first evaluation on the course was awarded a financial reward.
* All the participating students had the priority to be appointed to the Durrat Al Khaleej Company and its support companies, Summit Al Eqtidar Company, and the Land of Iraq Company.
After the end of the training program, the student was provided with a graduation certificate presented by the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Center bearing the logo of Durrat Al Khaleej Company
