The University of Basra organises a workshop to develop the skills of trainers

The Department of Science and Technology Parks - Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Division at the University of Basra organised a training workshop entitled (TOT)

The workshop aimed to develop the skills of participants in the field of training and raise their efficiency in the preparation and implementation of training sessions and methods of interaction.

The workshop, which was presented by Trainer Fatima Jabbar, included the introduction of the concept of training, explaining its importance, distinguishing between the role of the trainer and the lecturer, determining the needs of the target group, formulating measurable training goals, as well as designing an integrated training session, choosing appropriate training methods, using speech skills and body language, as well as managing interaction within the training hall and providing constructive feedback, as well as implementing and evaluating a short training session.
